Rehearsal & Ceremony Coverage Service:
This service focuses on your rehearsal dinner and ceremony. We create a ceremony timeline, confirm your ceremony vendors. You will always have unlimited phone and email communication with us! Book us as early as 2 months prior to the BIG DAY!
"Classic " Day Of Coordination:
Classic Day of Coordination includes an initial consultation, confirmation of vendors, ceremony rehearsal, a time management outline and wedding day coverage prior to ceremony. We stay at your reception until the last formal event takes place. Of course, you will have unlimited email contact and/or phone contact. Be sure to book 1-2 months prior to wedding day.
"Her Majesty" Wedding Day Coordination:
Do you need guidance throughout the entire planning process? We will assist you throughout the entire process via email & will create a personal wedding checklist for you. If you question your budget, wedding etiquette or simply need a coordinator to keep you on track then E-consulting is for you!
Want to be treated like Royalty? Well then, put the clipboard down! You'll receive an initial consultation, venue detailing consultation and design, a personalized checklist for remaining wedding items, direct ceremony rehearsal, wedding day coverage as well as confirmation of all vendor commitments, manage the timing of events, and much more! Booking should be confirmed no later than 3 months prior to wedding day.
